Motion Light Media does not employ a mailing list, this means that you will never recieve regular emails from us.
We send emails to you only when absolutely necessary. We send you an email when your register with us, the email is used to activate your account to make sure that it is actually you that is registering with us, and not somebody else just using your email address.
We also send you an email when something on your account changes. For example, if a new invoice is created for your account, or when there is a change to that invoice. Emails are also sent when your account settings are changed such as your password and two-factor authentication settings.
Motion Light Media does not typically share information with any third parties. However, there are exceptional circumstances where we may do so.
We will share your data with law enforcement agencies if and when they request information from, but only when a judge has signed a warrant to legally force us to hand over that data.
We may willingly share your data with West Midlands Police, the National Crime Agency, counter-terrorist police, and other law enforcement if at any time we become concerned about the behaviour you have displayed on our website or during communications with us. At Motion Light Media we have a duty of care to safeguard our customers and website visitors, this means that we may share your data if we become concerned about your welfare, or if you break laws whilst using our website.
Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) you are entitled to view, change, or delete any of the data that we hold on you. If you are registered with us then you can view all of the information that we hold on you by going to the "Personal Information" settings page on your account. You will also be able to amend and delete information there.
